Is my data shared with other clubs?
No. Each club runs on its own isolated database. Your member data, finance records, and all content are completely separate from every other club on the platform.
Do you support both adult and youth sections?
Yes. sportie supports managing your adult and youth sections from a single system, with finance, teams, and bookings kept independent between them.
How does Direct Debit work?
sportie integrates with GoCardless to collect team subscription payments by recurring Direct Debit. Mandates are set up per member, and payment status is updated automatically via webhook.
Can members self-register?
Yes. Members can self-register online, and admins review and approve registrations before access is granted. You can also send secure, time-limited invite links directly.
What support is available?
We provide email support for all plans, with priority support for Pro clubs. We're based in the UK and understand how grassroots clubs operate.
